Wind Works Power Corp. (WWPW.OB) has been our biggest Green Stock Pick for about 9 months now. The first time we alerted our members last fall, when they launched the company, which already contained quite a few valueble assets, you could have scored returns in the 75% range.

Furthermore, savy traders, in the past 2-3 month span could have made another 75% Return, scooping up shares at the bargin basement price of $0.40 when nervous nellies dumped their shares of this stellar company, right before the big announcement of the approval of WWPW’s Ontario, Canada’s, Power Purchase Contracts (PPA’s).

Much has gone on in under a year at Wind Works Power Corp.!

WWPW.OB was the Recipient of 80 Megawatts (MW) of PPA’s, representing 7 of their projects in the Ontario, Canada region— currently the most profitable Wind Power development jurisdiction in the world (in terms of price paid for the power from this source). After this happened, the stock climbed to reach an intermediate high of $0.74, and has since pulled back to technical alert value levels.

WWPW.OB still has 110MW of contracts in with the Ontario Power Authority (OPA) wich they could have awarded them as early as fall, as slated by the OPA.

PPA’s are highly valueble contracts with governemt agencies, which allow Independent Power Producers (IPP’s) to sell their generated electricity, at a set rate, for a period if 20 years. Only a certain few companies who apply for these contracts to sell renewable energy electricity (RE), at very high rates, receive them since the government puts these applicants under a microscope to ensure their quality and ability to deliver.

Utilities have long been thought of as boring, income investments, with little or no potential for capital appreciation—until now. With the Green movement came Renewable Energy (RE) IPP’s, and when an industry is born it creates growth, and sexy growth investment opritunities, which include safety since these companies are in essence being paid by the Government.

It’s like having your cake and eating it too! IPP’s like WWPW.OB, our #1 Pick in this space, have growth potential, and have low risk of not being paid like other types of business since the cheques are ultimately coming from the Government.

Recent deals between Wind Developers and project aquirers somewhat put a value on projects dependent on their readiness for construction; with shovel ready projects fetching prices in the $0.5 Million/MW range. Using this figure and asuming WWPW recives half of the 110MW of contracts they have in with the OPA this fall, they appear to be sitting on about $67 million worth of projects in Ontario alone—without even asigning any value to WWPW’s European or USA projects.

That’s about $1.00/ share of value, fully dilluted, in Ontario alone. WWPW’s Projects in Europe and USA are much bigger in size, and therefore more valuble as a whole—so that value needs to be tagged on to this $1.00 valuation as well……

Ontario is a highly profitable jurisdiction of the world to be a R.E. IPP. Ontario’s government has the agenda to close all Coal fired generation by 2014, and replace them with R.E. sources—they are ahead of schedule too: they are set to close 4 in 2010 alone!!

A few hours after this epic milestone for WWPW (being awarded PPA’s), one of the worlds largest News Wires, Reuters, picked up on the story and wrote an article—not a news release—there is a big difference!!

Here is the huge article:  Reuters Article: Biggest PR thus Far

The article, which is basically an interview with WWPW’s CEO, Dr. Ingo Stuckmann, displays the value proposition in the ownership of WWPW shares. The last paragraph of the article is the one which strikes us as the biggest catalyst for the stock though:

Stuckmann said the company continues to mull a listing

on a senior exchange, in Toronto or in the United States.”

The reason why this is so important is because when Over-the-counter stocks uplist to the more popular exchanges like NASDAQ and TSX, they attract many, many, more potential investors, giving it a richer valuation, and typically a higher stock price.

The last Green stock which we discovered, Sino Clean Energy (SCLX.OB), announced they were listing on the NASDAQ, and the stock skyrocketed. By the way, we alerted our member to that pick at about $0.20, and it recently hit a high of $1.00: a 400% GAIN!!!

That’s beside the point; we’re here to talk about a stock that hasen’t made its big move yet: Wind Works Power Corp. (WWPW.OB).

In other news—

Wind Works PowerCorp. is a global company, masquerading as a penny stock. WWPW.OB has advanced stage projects on three continents.

On June 8th Wind Works Power, WWPW, anounced that they have aquired a fully permitted, fully PPA’ed Wind Farm in the CEO, Dr. Ingo Stuckmann’s native Germany.

This announcent is also huge for the company. This project is ready for construction immediately, which will start adding $$$ to the balance sheet as the construction costs are capitalized, and revenues to the Income Statement when it starts into operation in 2011.

Management has said this was the plan in much earlier PR’s, and this now means they are executing, and keeping promises to their shareholders.

We think this will be followed up by some news out of the US since we havnt heard anything from there for a while.

WWPW is diversified on a few levels, from Geography to project size. This on top of their now proven ability to deliver on the business plan as promised, and the strength of the management as a whole, is why Wind Works power Corp. (WWPW.OB) is out #1 Pick of 2010!!!

Growing Sector & Industry–

2010 – 2012 are shaping up to be the year to trade stocks in the green, or “Clean-Tech” sector, just like 2007 & 2008 were the years to invest in traditional energy—there is a new bull market unfolding, with a new green economy, and now is the time to start educating ourselves to where the real money is to be made in green stocks.

Brass Tax:

Long story short: wind is where the smart money investment dollars have been flowing, and will continue to flow especially for the next decade. Why else do you think Billionaires like T. Boone Pickens are spending billions of their own money on wind projects—that’s why they’re called the smart money; they’re always one step ahead!!!

Wind investment estimates for the next decade far outsize any other green technologies, and are currently pegged at about $500 Billion, yes billion.

Why not get on board or at the very least take a look at a very quality company: WWPW.OB
